At Sylvan Design, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Sylvan Design packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
