How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For handcrafted or custom-made pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for most furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition.
Can I request a custom finish or fabric?
Absolutely. Many of our signature collections offer customization options. Please contact our design concierge team to discuss bespoke finishes or COM (Customer's Own Material) requests.
How do I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your wood pieces, dust regularly with a soft cloth and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. We recommend using a high-quality furniture wax once or twice a year.
